Creating Amara, we thought about what a space needs to be when it holds the most important moment of someone’s life. Not simply a beautiful hotel by the water, but a place where every detail has been considered: the architecture of the ceremony zone, the materials underfoot in the villas, the position of the lobby, the way light falls on the terrace in the evening hours. All of it – so that the people spending their most important day here feel exactly as they always imagined they would.

Amed – on Bali’s eastern coast – is a quiet, almost untouched place: crystal-clear water, coral reefs, sunrises over the ocean. This is where couples come when they want something real. And it is here that we are building a one-of-a-kind wedding hotel on the front line of the shore.
